With one year in planning, 17 shops visited, in both the U.S. and Europe, and nine months of construction, JV Driver Fabricators gives you the most innovative steel shop ever built. Everyone that walks in for a tour, leaves with an unbelievable expression on their face saying, "This is world class", "You guys did your homework", "You did it right", and "I've never seen anything quite like it". The last statement couldn't be more accurate. There is simply nothing like it!

At JV Driver, we are innovative and we build great things! We have considered everything during the design, from building exceptional office space, outfitting the facility with state-of-the-art CNC and other equipment that our employees will not only enjoy, but be proud of as well.

The flow of the 40,000 sq.ft. shop is incomparable to anything else, allowing us to maximize efficiency from the get-go and create value for our clients. The entire plant has been designed for the possibility of a second or even third expansion. There is plenty of lifting capacity for projects of any size, but the secret is in the flow and the systems built in place will beat the competition! 

From the Detailing building where all parts are processed, the steel is directed into the Main Assembly Building. Two assembly lines are used to put the components together. The first bay is a fast production line while the second is used to assemble more complex and heavier sections such as trusses. Every work station is fully equipped with all the tools and welding equipment while the entire flow is controlled from a control platform.
