ABOUT JV DRIVER
Industrial roots.
People at the heart.
Experience since 1989, with a commitment to people, practical innovation and the work we deliver.
OUR STORY
Experience that continues to build.
JV Driver’s history is grounded in complex industrial construction. Our work connects capital projects, maintenance, power and steam systems with broader support for housing, infrastructure and project development. Hillcore brings access to a wider network of capabilities and opportunities to collaborate around client needs.
OUR CORE VALUES
The values behind our work.
Be Innovative
Give good ideas room to improve how work is planned and delivered.
Build Great Things
Take pride in the projects, relationships and opportunities we help create.
Have Fun
Build strong teams where people can contribute, grow and enjoy the work.
SAFETY & PEOPLE
The work is never more important than the people.
Safety depends on everyday decisions, experienced supervision and the willingness to look out for each other. We invest in our teams and the planning needed to carry out work responsibly.
Build your career with usQUALITY
Confidence in the work. Confidence at handover.
We align quality requirements with the owner’s specifications and the scope being delivered. Experienced supervision, inspection support, testing and turnover documentation connect field workmanship with the owner’s ability to put the work into service.
Innovation in the work itself.
Ground-level preassembly at Kearl Lake, fabrication-to-field coordination and work packaging are examples of construction decisions that shape delivery.
