FABRICATION & MODULE DELIVERY

Built off site.
Connected in the field.

Steel, piping, modules and logistics planned around the installation sequence.

FROM DESIGN INTERFACES TO INSTALLATION

Treat the module as part of the whole project.

Off-site construction depends on more than shop capacity. Equipment, piping, structure, electrical systems and transport need to arrive at the workfront in the right sequence. JV Driver’s project history includes module fabrication, reassembly, testing, transportation and field installation, with responsibilities defined around each assignment.

01

Define the package

Align design interfaces, equipment requirements, fabrication boundaries and the site installation sequence.

02

Assemble and test

Coordinate structural steel, pipe spools, electrical systems and hydrotesting within the agreed module scope.

CONSTRUCTABILITY

Make installation decisions before the lift.

At Kearl’s slurry-preparation plant and conveyor assignment, modularization and ground-level preassembly reduced work at height. At Jackpine, in-house fabrication connected extraction modules, pump houses and froth modules with a major field-construction program.
