The Piikani Youth Home proposal brings together two residential wings and a shared living, kitchen and dining area. JV Driver and BuildPanel have developed the proposed building scope, with foundation construction assigned to the Nation’s contractor. The focus is a coordinated facility shaped around the Nation’s needs. Construction authorization and delivery remain separate from the completed proposal work.
