The assignment

The Phase 1 expansion at Mosaic Belle Plaine was designed to increase water availability to the mine field for solution mining. JV Driver’s scope connected saltwater disposal wells, a reclaim-brine pump house, a powerhouse and a process-water building. The work included raw- and hot-water storage tanks, package-boiler installation and a 138 kV substation, bringing utility infrastructure together around the mine’s process needs.

  • Cladding, constructability, purchasing and expediting
