The assignment
The INEOS Chocolate Bayou project involved a 120,000 metric-tonne-per-year polyalphaolefin unit. Under a lump-sum engineering, procurement and construction joint venture with SNC-Lavalin, JV Driver led construction management. The partners jointly self-performed civil, mechanical, structural, electrical and instrumentation work. The project value was $150 million.
