The assignment

JV Driver worked on the Horizon Extraction Plant from early development, contributing constructability, labour planning and construction services. The plant scope included two primary separation cells, flotation cells, pipe-rack modules, a hot-water facility, an electrical substation and an emergency dump sump. As general contractor, JV Driver delivered civil, structural, piping and mechanical work, supported by off-site fabrication and module assembly.

Delivery experience

The project profile records early turnover of a silo for commissioning and a weld-repair rate below 1%. It describes the installation as completed on schedule with no lost-time incidents. These results relate to the historical project scope.
