Leadership Excellence Award – Randy Vandenberg

Congratulation Randy Vandenberg, thank you for your leadership! 

Randy was one of 2019’s Leadership Excellence Award Winners! As a Superintendent on MetroCan’s Sun Tower 1 project, Randy has demonstrated his leadership by taking initiative and living the core values.  Randy leads by example; he is a dedicated and hard worker who keeps close tabs on the job at hand and ensures that the work is getting done efficiently and on time. Randy continually demonstrates a strong work ethic, honesty and accountability. His conscientious manner and attitude to get things done have a positive effect on those that work with him. Congratulations Randy!
